Spent New Year’s Eve at this lovely place. The rooms were colourfully painted in the traditional Rann style. Food was excellent and we got to sample true Gujarati cuisine. In the evening, they had a fire with traditional music played by local musicians. A real treat to ring in the new year! The owners and staff were very friendly. We visited the owner’s village a few meters down the road and I was able to buy vintage embroidered work made by his mother. I would highly recommend staying here!

Quite a different experience to stay in a bhunga, which is a tribal villager's mud hut basically. It was very comfortable and not quite as basic as it may sound. The vegetarian food was absolutely delicious and as for their yoghurt, called 'curd' - delish! The welcome and attentive friendly staff were lovely and looked after us brilliantly."

I had a delightful two-week stay at Banni Village Stay Resort. The food was incredible and expertly prepared. The location is perfect, providing a peaceful getaway from the busy cities. The resort offers a lovely open common area, ideal for relaxing by the beach and admiring the stars around the bonfire. The rooms, particularly the bhunga Villa, were spacious and comfortable.
